Chad is on the top of my list.

We have used Chad and the rest of his Team for many years on a number of income and investment properties and have always been extremely satisfied with not only the end results— but also his incredible work ethic, his entire Team’s ability to work together, and the many many above-and-beyond tasks and assistance that he has given us over the years.
