About Joyce Poulter
Joyce is a native Rhode Islander who attended the University of Rhode Island and earned her B.A. in Spanish with a minor in History. Over the years Joyce has worked as a Real Estate Paralegal and Realtor and now the Director of Operations for The Chad Kritzas Team. She especially loves to guide first time home buyers through the purchase process. Joyce resides in Newport and has a passion for her dogs and all things ocean.
